Refund policy

Preorders

The Smartest Person Alive is available for preorder. Preorders will begin shipping after December 1, 2026. We will email shipment confirmation and tracking information when available.

Cancellations

To cancel a preorder for a full refund, email info@thesmartestpersonalivebook.com no later than November 20, 2026. After November 20, 2026, preorders are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded except where required by applicable law.

Returns and exchanges

All book purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or incorrect copies

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your book is damaged or you receive an incorrect item, email info@thesmartestpersonalivebook.com within 7 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no charge. If a replacement is unavailable, we will contact you with the available options.
